Wired2lead views a leader as anyone!  A leader can be anyone that influences others.  When you first walk in the door
on Wal-Mart who is the first person you see?  The Wal-Mart greeter.  This is an organizaiton that saw a vision how someone can influence others as they walk into the store.  Do you see the greeter as a leader?
